My personal experience with and impression of Dahn Yoga. My journey began upon my enrollment on January 4, 2010 to improve my physical pain and stress. It helped my body tremendously, but I left immediately after discovering that it is a CULT.

Thank you for making this site. You don't know how much your site saved my feeling. I joined Body & Brain( Dahn Yoga ) 2 month ago and I really need help. The master instructor keep taking ridiculous amount of money from me. In the beginning $1350 1year membership , then $450 for the healing session. I didn’t know anything so I paid these. Then after that , she pushed me to apply Mago Garden membership that cost total $16000.00( $10000.00 for the membership, $100 donation for 5years ). I told her I don't have such money. The same day after I left the studio , she called my phone 5 times for this matters ( I even didn't answer already) for me to fill the application paper within next 24hours. She also keep pushing me to believe the teaching of Ilchi Lee. I'm sick of all this shit. I don’t know why this cult still exist.
I don't know what you wrote on above but people who are brain washed do not even realize that they are brain washed. Good luck with your journey with Ilchi Lee. It's okay if you just believe him and stick together with other members without making troubles. But once you force people to believe something which is scam and force people to pay thousands $ for nothing then it's different story. The fact is : the teaching of Ilchi Lee is indeed very very low. You should know that.
My centre in the UK asked me if I'd like to participate in a 'community day' (which incidentally is donation based, all donations of which go to developing a new centre!) by leading a singing session. I said yes in exchange for some self promotion. The date was set and in my diary. 5 days before, during the tea meditation, the 'master' announced that we would be doing calligraphy that day. This was news to me as I thought I would be leading the singing. I pulled her to one side and she said, "we feel that you need to complete the Shimsung workshop before you lead any community days" making me feel like I didn't have the qualifications to do this (I have been a singing teacher and workshop leader for 16 years!). Basically, a few months prior I was co-erced in to signing up for Shim Sung, I did the first day, which I hated because it was nothing new to me and it seemed all very condescending so I decided to sack off the second day and spend it with my family and cut my losses. The centre manager has been trying to get me to complete the second day by cutting me out of activities and even placing me at the back of some classes. Your blog has really helped me to see it for what it is. I enjoy the classes (most of the time) but because our centre is growing, we have new 'masters' who are teaching now and they really are sub standard compared to our centre manager who is actually a brilliant teacher and very inspiring. Some of the classes are like bootcamps and I don't find them therapeutic at all. I have 6 months left on my membership. I will continue to go to get the most out of my membership but I am now looking for other forms of exercise to do. People need to be aware of what this is.
Your Dahn center was quite inconsiderate for approaching you for a favor (leading their singing session) and then canceling at the last moment! I wonder if they intended on doing the calligraphy event from the start and merely asked you sing as a ruse to:
- Further peak your interest and solidarity in Dahn Yoga. If you get to participate and lead any of their sponsored events, they are showing trust and extending an invitation to increase your involvement and commitment to the group.
- Get you to sign up for the ShimSung seminar.
Either way, I am sorry this happened to you, especially because THEY asked YOU to share your talent. I'm glad that the exercises are helping you and that you find this blog helpful. If you haven't already done so, I recommend that you read my 2 blog posts to one of my readers who was in a "quandary" about how to handle the remaining tenure of their membership. I hope you will find some of the tips helpful.

Now I came back this site and I saw there was someone who wrote something under my posting and you deleted it. I assume it must be something not so nice words but I want to know what it said. Is there any way you can send me a copy of it ? I notice once people are brain washed, it's hard to fix and they even don't realize it.
Feeling forgetful, scattered, confused, lost, tingling body parts, strange deep pains or itching, lack of energy or motivation outside of Dahn Yoga? Ilchi Lee, his family, masters, Brain Respiration< The Body and Brain Inc., Dahn Mudo martial arts, YEHA, etc. "research" the mind and teach healing and self-care techniques, ESP to "grow the Soul and attain enlightenment". They are actually teaching people how to increase their energy for harvest by Ilchi Lee because he is trying to reverse aging, his kidney disease, and Alzheimer's. Some in his group have tuberculosis and other health conditions. They find emotionally wounded or not-strong-in-God's Word people with good energy, strong minds and bodies and map them out energetically and link into them ethereally to suck out their assets and transfer in their diseases, their evil doctrines, siggles, sprites, avatars, and walk-ins. Or they'll overlay or mind-meld with you using your permission via mind/thought/brain control, imprinting, or your answer to their question: "do you accept Ilchi Lee?" These are workers of iniquities, out to take over your mind and body and to use them to build their false gods and idols (Chon-ji-kuen, chon-ji-maum, the Dogon(?)gold statue guy at their Sedona compound. THis is also one reason why they have you do bow-training and chanting--to bow down before false gods and praise them. These manipulative experts are dark constructs, soul-less anti-Christ parasites using electronical witchcraft, synthetic ESP, black magic, false marriage certificates, your signature on their many forms, online gaming and playstore technology, scaler wave, evil full-moon meditations, etc. to strengthen their dark groups, covens, cravens, family, linneage, and to keep the crocodilian incubus Ilchi Lee going as he channels what he has sucked out of his members (including sex energy) to his astral-digital followers. They're also part of the one-world gov'./one world religion enslaving and trafficking the people of God with technology, Nazi MK Ultra, demonology, to decrease the light and increase their dark in this world to build up the "evil in high places". Beware of man-made religions and New Age brainwashing that lead you to worship false idols.
Why quit now. I thought training is to achieve enlightenment to improve humanity?
